This book is one of the best book of its time. This was inducted in the syllabus of BA at Assam (Central) University, Silchar as support book. This book covers the basics of hindi alongwith noting, drafting, official circulars, office memorandum, office orders etc. This book also have administrative remarks in daily usage , administrative words usage, computer based words in hindi. At the end this book has mentioned constitutional provision for official language ,the official language act 1963 , the official language resolution 1968. The author for his extensive work to bring official language and regional language is acknowledged by four to five governors of states such as Assam, Sikkim, Orissa, Mizoram and few more.
